New Complaints Popping up about William Edward Summers

I would like to draw special attention to the Blog started by Patrick Lafreniere. We never found any information about William Edward Summers until after we were ripped off by him for $1,300, we found this Blog AFTER we lost our money. I started this site as a place to hopefully find information beforehand and make an informed choice.

However, I found that lately there has been new posts and new people reporting they paid him and didn't get anything for what they paid.

Be sure to call the Police. If they tell you it is a civil matter make a report anyway and tell them about all the other people who have been taken by him. There are dozens of people listed in the records provided here that say he took their money and didn't deliver. That is fraud. Even if it is a small amount of money if it is added to other victims in Canada that is Fraud over $5000 and that is a much more serious charge.

A file was started in Victoria BC (Saanich Police at 250-475-4321) and ultimately they couldn't find enough victims to make the case at the time - lately quite a few more or coming forward. Not that there wasn't evidence that he was running some kind of scam, just not enough victims to make it stick. Call the Police, no matter how much he took from you. It will help in the long run to stop him from continuing this game with people and taking more from others.

Also, contact the Better Business Bureau in your area. We searched the BBB before we hired him, but we didn't do a National Search by mistake and there was no complaints already in our city.

Feel free to contact me for more information about the case file opened. If you are looking to serve him I also have some leads on how you can do that.
